Tomato soup "Gazpacho"
salt to taste

1-2 beam of basil
3 tbsp. of Olive oil

Method of preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into slices and lay in pan. Cut the peppers into stripes, lay on top of the tomatoes. Cut the onion half rings, put on pepper. Coarsely chop the garlic and put on the onion. All salt and pepper to taste. Pour 2.1 tbsp olive oil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 150 C (302 F). Cut the basil finely and sprinkle on top of our future soup. Put it on 10 minutes in the oven. Remove all from the oven. Half of the future soup shake up in a blender and strain through a sieve. The second half of the baked tomatoes with peppers use later. Cut any (to taste) bread on dice and dry in the oven. Pour in portioned plates the passed through a sieve soup. In each plate add the whole baked tomatoes with peppers. Add dried bread to taste and if desired can be decorated with basil leaves. Bon Appetit!
