Rice soup with carrots

Ingredients:

3 carrots
4 tablespoons of rice
0.5 liters of water
2 tablespoons of flour
1 bell pepper
vegetable oil
herbs
salt.

Method of preparation:

Clean carrots and peppers, chop on sticks. Wash rice. All put in boiling salted water, cook for 5-7 minutes. Separately fry the flour with the addition of vegetable oil, then add to the soup. Boil until the rice will be cooked. Serve with greens.
