Walleye grill

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 kg of walleye
  • 4 tbsp of flour
  • 200g of butter
  • lemon

Method of preparaion:

Clean and gut the walleye, cut crosswise into thick pieces of 1.5-2 cm, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides and leave for 1 hour. Then roll the fish in flour and fry in oil in grill pan on both sides until cooked. Serve with vegetables and sprinkle with lemon juice.
