Walleye in wine

Ingrediets (4 servings):

  • 1kg of walleye
  • 0.7 l of dry white wine
  • 100g of white bread
  • 1 celery root
  • 2 tbsp caper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 lemon

Method of preparaion:

Cut on portioned pieces the walleye, lightly boil in salted water (10 minutes). Then drain the water and pour with wine the fish, add a crumb of white bread, finely chopped celery, capers, nutmeg, lemon juice, pepper and sugar to taste. Simmer the fish until tender on low heat. Serve with vegetables.
