Cherry chocolate truffle

Ingredients (5 Serving):

  • 100g of dried cherries
  • 700g of milk chocolate
  • 250ml of cream (30%)
  • filbert
  • 5 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tbsp of almond liqueur

Method of preparation:

Melt chocolate using a water bath. In a separate bowl to bring cream to a boil, add it to melted chocolate. Use a mixer to whip the received mixture until smooth. Add dried cherries, almond liqueur, mix and cool. Of lukewarm mass make a truffles, add inside the each truffle the walnut, roll in cocoa. Put on a parchment paper and cool for few hours.
