Dried fruits dessert

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 200g of dates
  • 150g of almonds
  • 150g of dried apricots
  • 100g of honey
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • powdered sugar
  • almond and coconut shavings

Method of preparation:

Fry almonds, peel the shell off. Dates, dried apricots and almonds chop using blender. In deep bowl, thoroughly mix honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then gradually add chopped dried fruits and almonds, mix. Roll into balls the received mixture, roll in powdered sugar, coconut and almonds shavings.
