Honey caramel

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 250g of butter
  • 250g of sugar
  • 250g of honey
  • mixture of dried fruits

Method of preparation:

Use a saucepan to melt butter, add the sugar and honey, bring to a boil. Mixture boil for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. At the end add mixture of dried fruits. Received mixture put on greased baking dish (or molds), cool. Cooled mixture cut into portions pieces. Keep caramel wrapped in parchment.
