Orange pudding with cream
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 125g of butter
- 250g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 500g of flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
Cream:
- 150g of butter
- 200g of sugar
- 80g of orange juice
- 20g of orange zest
Method of preparation:
Cream:
Grind butter with sugar, add orange juice and finely grated orange zest. Thoroughly beat up.
Pudding:
Butter, sugar and egg yolks beat up to the consistency of foam. Then add juice of orange and lemon, mix. Mix flour with baking powder and mix gently with the citrus mixture. Then add the whipped egg whites into a foam, gently mix. Received mixture put in a pre-greased pudding form and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 150 C (300 F) in a water bath.
