Blues salad

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 500g pork
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 lemon
  • lettuce leaves, basil, vegetable oil
  • ground black pepper and salt 

Method of preparation:

Cut pork into small pieces, put in a pan. Peel 1 onion, coarsely chop, put to meat, salt and pepper, sprinkle with juice of 1/2 lemon. Put for 3 hours in fridge. Prepared meat fry in oil until tender. Peel peppers and 1 onion. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and 1 onion into small cubes. Chop basil and lettuce leaves. Mix prepared ingredients, season with vegetable oil.
