Danish salad
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 200g pasta
- 2 carrots
- 200g ham
- 400g cauliflower
- 1 celery root
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp of vinegar (3%)
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of mustard
Method of preparation:
Boil pasta in salted water, drain, season with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, cool. Peel carrots and celery root, cut into cubes. Rinse cauliflower, cut into florets. Boil prepared vegetables in salted water, then cool. Cut ham into strips. Mix together ham, pasta and boiled vegetables.
Dressing:
Mix together mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of oil, mustard, vinegar.
Mix together dressing and salad.
