Breeze salad

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 200g smoked meat
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 100g cheese (semi-soft)
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves

Method of preparation:

Cut meat and cheese into cubes. Wash, peel and cut pepper into small cubes. 1-2 lettuce leaves whole, 1-2 leaves cut into small pieces. In a bowl, mix together meat, cheese, pepper, cutted lettuce leaves, mayonnaise. Put whole lettuce leaves on a plate and then add salad.
