Smoked brisket salad

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 200g smoked brisket
  • 400g iceberg lettuce
  • sour cream
  • vegetable oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Slice brisket and fry in vegetable oil. Mix together sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Put lettuce on a plate, pour the sour cream dressing over lettuce. Put on top hot brisket slices.
