Chicken salad recipe

Chicken salad seasoned with soy sauce

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 800g chicken fillet, boiled
  • 2 cucumbers (medium)
  • Lettuce
  • 1 egg for pancake
  • 3-5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp -vegetable oil
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp brown sugar
  • salt, ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Cut chicken fillet into little slices. Cut cucumbers into thin strips. Rip lettuce leaves by hands randomly. 

 

Pancake: 

Beat up egg, sprinkle with salt and fry in a pan on both sides. Cool, cut into thin strips.

Combine all ingredients and mix.
Make a dressing from soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and oil. Add dressing to the salad and serve immediately.
