Bulgarian chicken salad recipe

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 leek
  • 200g champignons
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 250g canned corn
  • lettuce
  • salt

Method of preparation:

Boil chicken breast in salted water, cool and cut into small pieces. Cut champignons into quarters. Peel pepper and leek and chop finely. Wash tomatoes and cut into small slices (cherry tomatoes on halves). Mix all, add corn, put in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise. Decorate with lettuce leaves.
