Chicken salad with egg pancakes
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 1 chicken breast
- 5 eggs
- 200g canned champignons
- 2 onions
- lettuce
- mayonnaise, vegetable oil, salt
Method of preparation:
Beat up eggs with salt and fry the pancakes in vegetable oil. Cut cooked pancakes into strips. Peel onions, cut into semicircles, add sliced mushrooms and fry in oil until golden onions. Boil chicken breast in salted water, cut into slices. Mix prepared ingredients. Add chopped lettuce leaves and mayonnaise.
