Chocolate dessert

Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 20g gelatin
  • 3 tsp instant coffee
  • 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 3 tbsp sour cream (low-fat)
  • 1 cup of nuts (any to taste)

 

Method of preparation:

Soak the gelatin in 3/4 cup of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour. Mix milk, coffee, sugar, heat on a water bath until dissolved sugar. Add chocolate, mix. Add gelatin, heat until it dissolves. The mixture remove from the heat and cool. Chop nuts. In the cooled chocolate mixture add sour cream and nuts, whip. Transfer to dessert dishes and sprinkle with nuts.
