Chocolate mousse with semolina
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 1 liter of milk
- 100g chocolate
- 1/2 cups of semolina
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
Method of preparation:
Bring milk to boil, add chocolate slices, mix well to dissolve it. With a thin stream semolina pour into the boiling mixture with constant stirring. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar. Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5-7 minutes), then cool. Add butter and whip thoroughly. Transfer the mousse to molds, put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
