Fresh chicken salad
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 200g canned corn
- 200g canned green peas
- 10-12 black pitted olives pitted
- 1 chicken ham
- 200g cheese
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 eggs
- green onion
- lettuce
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- salt
Method of preparation:
Boil chicken ham and eggs, cool. Peel pepper and dice. Boiled eggs and cheese grate, cut chicken into thin slices, olives - rings.
Sauce:
Mix all sauce ingredients and beat up until smooth.
Put salad layers: lettuce leaves, corn, pepper, eggs, sauce, peas, chicken, olives, sauce, cheese, green onions. Let stand for 30-40 minutes.
