British diet
Diet consists of "protein" and "vegetable" days. Proteins and vegetables quickly saturate, and frequent meals help to avoid the appearance of a sharp hunger. Diet is good in that it consists of the available products and is an easy to use.
The initial phase of British diet consists of two so-called "hungry days" - allowed only to drink. Then followed by two "protein" days, then - two "carbohydrate" days, then two "protein" days and two "carbohydrate", etc.
