Green diet

Green diet means to eat a lot of green vegetables, fruits, herbs, but recommended to supplement diet with a small amount of other products. It could be low-fat dairy products, unrefined grains, lean meat, fish, eggs, honey, and other fruits and vegetables.
Some people believe that diet is effective because green colour contributes to weight loss, but the secret of the effectiveness of this diet is that most of the green vegetables are low in calories.
During the diet is recommended to eat a fractional - 5-6 times a day and drink plenty of fluids. Allowed to drink pure non-carbonated water, green tea, which speeds up the metabolism and helps cleanse the body of toxins, and herbal decoctions.
If during the day, between meals you'll feel hungry, allowed to eat green fruits (such as apples, grapes, kiwi) or nuts.
Approximate green diet menu for the day:

 

Breakfast: 

Oatmeal with grated apple, lemon juice, crushed nuts and a little bit of honey, a cup of kefir or yogurt.

 

Brunch

A cup of fruit juice or a few raw fruits, preferably green colour.

 

Lunch: 

Raw vegetable salad, preferably green colour (lettuce, green onion, and garlic, cucumbers, parsley, dill, spinach, cabbage, etc.), boiled egg, a cup of fruit juice.

 

Dinner:

Fish, stewed cabbage, a piece of whole grain bread.

Recommended to observe green diet no more than 10 days.
Average weight loss during this time - 3-5 kg.
