Grape with yolk cream
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 250g of black grape
- 250g of green grape
- 100g of canned pears
- 1 tbsp of brandy
- 5 egg yolks
- 150g of sugar
- 50ml of dry white wine
Method of preparation:
Evenly lay out grapes and slices of pears into 2 salad-dishes. Sprinkle with sugar (50 g) and brandy, and put in a cool place for 1.5 hours. Beat up yolks with 100g of sugar and white wine on a steam. Before serving pour with warm sauce the pears and grapes.
