Fried apples recipe
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 4 apples
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 cup of flour
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
Separate the whites from the yolks. Yolks grind with sugar. Add sour cream, milk, and beat up. Add flour and mix well. Whites separately beat up into foam, carefully add them into the dough and mix. Peel apples and remove kernel, cut into circles. Dip the apple slices in the dough and fry on both sides until golden.
