Ingredients (4 Servings):

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 1-2 sweet pepper
  • 1 onions (preferably red)
  • juice of half lemon
  • 80g olives, pitted
  • olive oil to taste
  • parsley, celery, basil to taste
  • garlic, salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Put lettuce leaves on the bottom of the salad bowl. Coarsely cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, cut onion into rings and gently put on lettuce leaves. Greek salad couldn't be mixed, and you can be creative - for example, lay pepper slices on a large circle. Put cucumbers and tomatoes inside, cut tomatoes into circles or roll in half. Add olives on top, diced cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Basil gives special piquancy  - but you can use any other fresh herbs - parsley, cilantro. Season salad with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt to taste, pepper.

Ingredients (6 Servings):

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can of canned fish (Sardines or other)
  • 150g cheese
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 100g butter
  • 1 onion
  • dill 

Method of preparation:

Hard boil eggs, cool and peel. Finely chop egg whites and mash all egg yolks using a fork. Peel onion and finely chop or grate. Grate cheese on a medium grater, chop dill. Transfer fish in a separate bowl and mash using a fork. Put egg whites in wide dish. Put grated cheese on egg whites, then put a fish. Grease with mayonnaise. Then put a layer of chopped onion and half the mashed yolks. Grease the yolks with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Grate frozen butter on a small grater and put on top. Decorate the salad with remaining yolks. Put the salad in refrigerator for 2 hours. Decorate with fresh herbs before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 500g salmon fillet
  • 150ml dry white wine
  • 200g softened butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut fish into large cubes. Pour wine into a saucepan and bring to a boil, put the fish into wine and bring to a boil again, cook on low heat for 7 minutes. Cool. Transfer cooked fish and half liquid to a blender, add 2/3 butter, olive oil, salt and mix until it turns into a thick paste. Transfer to suitable dish and put in refrigerator.
  2. Mix together the remaining softened butter and chopped dill. Sprinkle with a pepper and spread the dill butter over cooled pate, cool again.

Ingredients:

  • 150g white dry beans
  • 180ml olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 100g onion
  • 50g sesame

  • 500g champognons

Method of preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 800g chicken liver
  • 250g butter
  • salt and pepper and dried thyme
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 45ml cognac

Method of preparation:

Wash chicken liver and put in a blender. Add garlic, softened butter (200 grams), salt, pepper, brandy and a teaspoon of dried thyme. Grind into puree. Pour into a greased form and cover with a foil. Put in a preheated to180 C (360 F) oven. Bake for 50 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes. Pour the melted butter (50g) over the cooled pate and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
