Chicken giblets salad
Ingredients (4 Servings):
- 200g chicken giblets (liver, heart, stomach)
- 100g fresh mushrooms
- 1-2 potatoes
- 1-2 pickles
- 2 eggs
- greens, mayonnaise and salt
Method of preparation:
Boil eggs, cool, peel. Boil mushrooms in salted water. Boil potatoes in their jackets, cool and peel. Boil chicken giblets in salted water, cool. Cut cooled boiled ingredients into cubes, add finely chopped pickles and greens. Season with mayonnaise.
