Country pork sausage
Ingredients (8 Makes):
- 300g pork (neck)
- 150g pork breast
- 1m of pig intestines
- parsley, sage, thyme
- salt and black pepper
Method of preparation:
Cut meat into thin slices, then chop the meat with a knife until the state of minced, add finely chopped herbs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, pour 1/3 cups of ice-cold water, mix well, let stand overnight. Wash purified pig intestines, check for holes with help of water. Use mincer to stuff the intestines. Fry sausages on medium-high heat in vegetable oil in a pan (or grill) on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
